This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the diagnosis outcome. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the evaluation fee. 3. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the $1,000 fee is non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accommodated, and the fee will not be refunded.
